Account

Visit the Register page and fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, email address and a password. The entire process takes under 60 seconds. Your PKR wallet is created automatically — no separate application required. Once registered, you can log in and make your first deposit immediately.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and hold a Betfa account. Age is confirmed during the registration process and may be verified again when you process your first withdrawal. If our team requests identity documents, a copy of your CNIC or passport is all that's needed and verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

No. Each player is permitted a single Betfa account. Duplicate accounts — detected by mobile number, device or IP address — are suspended and their balances reviewed. If you accidentally created a second account, contact support at support@betfa-bangla.com so the situation can be resolved without loss of funds.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. Betfa will send a reset link to your email or a reset code to your mobile. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, email support@betfa-bangla.com with your account information and CNIC for identity verification.

Betfa automatically locks accounts after 5 consecutive failed login attempts for 30 minutes. If your account has been locked for another reason — a security flag or a pending verification request — contact our 24/7 support team via live chat inside your account or at support@betfa-bangla.com for immediate assistance.

Log in to your Betfa account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address and mobile number. Changes to your mobile number require re-verification of the new number by SMS code to ensure your 2FA settings stay correctly linked.

Log in, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Link your Pakistani mobile number or an authenticator app. Once enabled, every login requires your password plus a 6-digit verification code. Betfa strongly recommends enabling 2FA — it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account and PKR wallet.

You can request account closure through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or by contacting support at support@betfa-bangla.com. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Deposits

Log in to Betfa, go to your wallet and select Deposit. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR and follow the on-screen instructions. Funds are credited to your Betfa wallet within minutes for mobile wallet methods and up to 24 hours for IBFT transfers.

The minimum deposit on Betfa is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Betfa, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — no currency conversion is required.

Betfa does not charge any deposit fees. Rs 500 deposited always appears as Rs 500 in your wallet. Your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank — may apply their own transaction fees, but those are set by the provider independently and are not within Betfa's control. Check your provider's fee schedule if unsure.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit within minutes in almost all cases. IBFT transfers from Pakistani banks can take up to 24 business hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after these timeframes, contact Betfa support via live chat or at support@betfa-bangla.com with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first is resolved.

No. Betfa does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. This is a security and compliance requirement. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger a verification review on your Betfa account.

Yes. Betfa's responsible gaming tools include daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that you set yourself. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period to take effect — this is intentional and designed to protect against impulsive decisions.

Yes, Betfa accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The card must be in your own name — third-party card deposits are not accepted. Processing time for card deposits is typically within a few minutes. Some Pakistani banks may block online transactions to betting platforms by default — if your card is declined, contact your bank to enable international/online transactions or switch to Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Withdrawals

Log in to Betfa, go to your wallet and select Withdraw. Choose your withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your first withdrawal will require identity verification (CNIC or passport). Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeated document requests.

The minimum withdrawal on Betfa is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by Betfa — however, individual payment providers may have their own per-transaction limits. For large withdrawals, IBFT bank transfer is often the most straightforward method.

Betfa processes most withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay typically arrive within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. VIP Club members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

Common reasons a withdrawal may be rejected include: pending identity verification, active bonus wagering requirements that haven't been met, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method name and your Betfa account name. Betfa will send a notification explaining the reason. Contact support at support@betfa-bangla.com if the reason is unclear — the team will walk you through what's needed.

Identity verification (KYC) is a one-time process required before your first withdrawal. Betfa needs to confirm that the name on your account matches the owner of the payment method, and that you are of legal age. A clear photo or scan of your CNIC or passport is all that's required. KYC is processed within 24 hours and you'll only need to do it once.

Betfa does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent. Your payment provider may apply their own receiving fees, but Betfa has no control over those charges. If you're unsure about fees on the receiving end, check with Easypaisa, your bank or whichever method you're withdrawing to.

Betting

Betfa covers cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs and T20s), esports (CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, PUBG Mobile, Valorant), virtual sports and fishing games. The cricket section is the most popular with Pakistani players and includes pre-match and live in-play markets. Ludo tournaments are also available for casual competitive gaming.

Yes. Betfa's in-play betting is available on all major cricket fixtures including PSL. Once a match begins, live markets update in real time — match winner, current over total, next wicket, runs in the next 5 overs and more. Betfa's live cricket score tracker is integrated alongside the betting markets so you never need to leave the page to check the score.

The minimum bet on Betfa is Rs 50 for most markets. Some specialised markets — including certain esports and virtual sports events — may have different minimums which are displayed on the betting slip before you confirm. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed when you enter your stake.

Yes, Betfa offers a Cash Out feature on eligible markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and the remaining match situation. If the Cash Out option is available on your bet, you'll see the current value displayed on your open bets screen. Note that Cash Out is not available on all markets — check the bet slip or open bets view to see if it applies.

Yes. Betfa supports multi-selection bet slips — add two or more selections from different events and the bet slip will automatically calculate the combined accumulator odds. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. Betfa allows up to 20 selections in a single accumulator bet.

Betfa displays odds in decimal format by default (e.g. 2.50), which is the most straightforward to understand — multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return including your stake back. You can switch to fractional format in your account settings if you prefer. For example, decimal odds of 2.50 are equivalent to 3/2 in fractional format.

If a cricket match or other event is abandoned, cancelled or has no official result, bets placed on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your Betfa PKR wallet. For in-play bets placed after a match has started, Betfa's rules specify the minimum number of overs or playing time required for bets to stand — this is stated in the Betfa Terms and Conditions for each sport.

Betfa's esports section covers CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, PUBG Mobile and Valorant. Markets include match winner, map winner, total kills, first blood and tournament outright winner. PUBG Mobile events are particularly popular with Pakistani players given the game's massive local following. New esports titles are added as their competitive scenes grow.

Bonuses

Reality checks are periodic in-session notifications that appear after a set interval — 15, 30 or 60 minutes. They display your total session time, how much you've wagered and your net position. Session reminders are alerts that appear once you've been active for a chosen duration. Both tools are configurable in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and cannot be disabled once set without a 24-hour reset period. They're designed to keep you aware of how long you've been playing.
